The Gothic Theatre began life as a 1920s movie theater (the first in Denver to show talkies) before its conversion into a music venue, and the grand art-deco setting still provides a striking backdrop for any show. The 1,100-capacity 16-plus room on South Broadway in Englewood can host live music any night of the week, and the theater's history plus its scale make it a serious touring stop on the Denver-area circuit.
